TrackIt Partner Terms
These terms cover two ways of telling people about TrackIt: invites, which every TrackIt user has and which pay in Pro time, and the Partner Program, which you join on purpose and which pays cash commission. They sit alongside the TrackIt Terms of Service, which still apply. TrackIt is operated by Xplax ("we"). Questions: trackitapp.pro@gmail.com.
Part A · Invites (everyone)
A1. What you get
Every account has a personal invite link (More → Invite friends). When someone creates a new TrackIt account through your link, or enters your code, both of you get 14 days of TrackIt Pro.
A2. The rules
- Your friend's account must be new: the link or code has to be used within 30 days of the account being created.
- Each account can be rewarded as a friend once.
- You earn time for your first 12 friends. Friends who join after that still get their 14 days.
- You cannot use your own link or code, or create accounts to invite yourself.
- Pro time starts on the day it is added and runs for 14 days, alongside any subscription you have. It does not pause, carry over or delay a subscription payment. Time from several invites adds up.
- Pro time has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
A3. Abuse
If we reasonably believe invites are being gamed (for example duplicate or fake accounts, or automated sign-ups), we may remove the Pro time, stop invites for the accounts involved, or close them under the Terms of Service.
Part B · Partner Program (cash commission)
B1. Joining
- You must be at least 18 and live in a country Stripe Connect supports.
- You join from More → Partner Program, agree to these terms, and finish Stripe's onboarding. Stripe verifies who you are and holds your payout details; we never see your bank details. Stripe's own terms apply to your Stripe account.
- We may decline or remove a partner whose content or audience does not fit these terms.
B2. What you earn
- 30% of every subscription payment a customer you referred makes on trackitapp.pro, for as long as they stay subscribed.
- Commission is worked out on what the customer actually paid for that period, after any discount.
- A customer counts as yours when their account was created through your link, or your code was applied to it in its first 30 days. If none was, no one earns commission on them.
- Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store earn no commission. Those payments go to Google or Apple and are settled to us separately, so there is nothing to pay commission from. Customers who subscribe on the web and then use the Android app on the same account still count.
- Free trials and invite Pro time earn nothing until the customer makes a payment.
B3. How you are paid
- Commission is sent to your Stripe account, in US dollars, when the customer's payment succeeds. Stripe then pays it to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule.
- If a payment is refunded or disputed, we may take the commission on it off future commission.
- You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
B4. How you may promote TrackIt
- Say that you earn from it. When you share your link, make clear it is a referral link you are paid for (for example "#ad" or "I earn commission if you subscribe"), as advertising rules require.
- Be accurate. Describe only what TrackIt actually does. No promises of weight loss or health results, no medical claims, and nothing that suggests TrackIt is a medical device.
- No spam. No unsolicited bulk messages, comment spam, or fake reviews.
- No self-referral. You cannot earn commission on your own subscription or on accounts you control.
- Don't pose as us. Don't present yourself as TrackIt, run ads on "TrackIt" as a search keyword, or use our name in account names, domains or app listings.
- No coupon or cashback sites without our written agreement.
B5. Ending
You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can end your participation for a breach of these terms, with commission on payments made before then still paid, except for commission earned through a breach, which is forfeited. We can end the Partner Program as a whole with 30 days' notice.
B6. Your relationship with us
You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or representative of TrackIt, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.
Changes
We may change these terms. A change to the commission rate or how it is paid takes effect 30 days after we tell partners. Other changes take effect when this page is updated, and the date at the top changes. Continuing to share your link after a change means you accept it.
